We do not ship some products to some countries.
We call these countries embargo countries.
See “EMBARGO COUNTRIES” below.
It remains your responsibility to make sure that a product is legal in your country.
Do not order products which are illegal in your country.
Embargo:
Tazmar Seeds only sell products that are legal in the Netherlands. However in some countries some products may be illegal. Tazmar Seeds does not break any law in any country. Our policy is to not ship a product to a country where it is illegal or offensive. Staff and software are geared to prevent this. However it is impossible to keep up with the continually changing laws in more than 100 countries. This means that Tazmar Seeds takes no responsibility whatsoever. So, please check if the products you order are legal in your country. You are solely responsible for the consequences of ordering a product that is not legal in your country. We make no claim whatsoever that the embargoes with the contained products and countries are complete. In other words: check your lawyer.
As we do our best to keep up with international regulation, we realize that we are probably too restrictive in our embargo. We think it’s better to be too restrictive then to loose and cause serious problems. If you feel that we are in error to include your country in an embargo, please inform us ASAP (sales @ tazmarseeds.co.uk). If you can convince us that the product is legal in your country, we will change the embargo and ship to you. In some cases you might even get it free.

We are doing the best we can on keeping track of the legal status of our products in all countries. As far as we know our embargo is very complete. If there is any product, that is not in an embargo and should be, or if your country is not included in an embargo, we assure you that we have overlooked it and will include it as soon as possible.
